Appointment Scheduling, Confirmation, Tardiness & Cancellation Policy

Reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a reply (with a “C”) to the text message received a day prior to the appointment, so please make sure to do so.

Please note that once the text message asking for confirmation is sent out, if appointment is not confirmed, your time slot may be offered to another client. Since our appointment times are reserved especially for you, cancellations must be 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged a cancelation fee of $25 for the missed or skipped appointment.

Please call ahead if you are running more than 5 minutes late. You will be given as much of your scheduled time as the therapist/esthetician’s schedule can permit, though treatment times will be shortened as needed.

If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment in advance in consideration of our therapists and to ensure your maximum enjoyment of your spa experience.\

All laser and microblading consultation appointments will be charged a $25 fee. This fee will be deducted your full procedure price.

Spa Courtesies

Please plan to arrive about 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time to check-in, fill out any necessary intake forms, use the restroom and begin to relax! We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees.

Prices & Gratuities

Prices listed are per person. As payment for spa services or retail, we currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Divine Day Spa Gift Cards and cash.

Gratuities are not included. The recommended gratuity range is between 15% and 20% of the price of the service provided, but the amount is left up to your discretion. Gratuities can be added to your credit card slip, however we strongly suggest cash.


Out of courtesy to our relaxation guests and the safety of your children, we ask that children not accompany any of our clients to their scheduled appointments including waxing, massages, facials, lashes and hair services (excluding their own). Children are not to be left unattended within the spa under any circumstances.

Cellphone Policy

In order to provide a relaxing spa experience, we ask that you please turn off or silence your cell phones prior to entering the spa.
